* Shipping - Important Notes:
Shipping service is not available for Cyprus and Malta. For orders destined to these areas, customers are required to arrange their own collection of goods from our warehouse.
Please also note that, for all order types (Dropshipping and B2B), pick-up at our warehouse via BRT or GLS courier is not permitted. Shipments are handled exclusively with delivery to the address provided by the customer.
The customer has the right to request the cancellation of the Dropshipping plan before its activation. In this case, a penalty equal to 30% of the total order amount will be retained to cover administrative and management costs.
Once the Dropshipping plan has been activated, the service shall be considered started and no full or partial refund of the amounts paid may be requested.
